What the Trump?

There will be hell toupee. Clearly there will be now… Trump has only been officially in office for 11 days and already has done some unthinkable things. From signing away the executive order on Obamacare which was the health care reform, to taking away funding for abortions and much more. With each and every executive order he signs seeming to be more controversial than the last, this shall definitely be a presidency to remember.

I am not one who cares for this presidency, but to each their own. The American people had spoken, though clearly some didn’t, and Trump, well Trumped Hillary and became the President of the United States.

Numerous protests have taken place since Trump has come into power, and people are voicing their opinions on him. One of my favourite signs to come about from Inauguration day to now is as blatant as it can be.  It reads “Don’t blame Trump- he did everything he could to prove he was unfit to be president.”

There are definitely far worse things that Trump has done since he has become President as well… Which is a bloody miracle considering he took away funding, is still vowing to build a wall, and the list could go on forever. Trump has banned 7 countries from entering the United States of America. Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen…  Banned for 90 days following the signing of the order on last Friday, the 27.  Travelers have had to stay in airports to try and plan something else, students studying in the U.S. can’t go home to their families if they wanted to for fear of not being allowed back.

Trump signed away funding for abortions in the U.S. Essentially, Trump put a ban in place for federal funding, of which Obama had ended in 2009… Perhaps the biggest controversy to come out of this is that Trump was in a room surrounded by men. Albeit they are is key aides, but would they have any idea what a women would go through? Highly unlikely.

The wall. The wall that is going up to keep illegal Mexicans out of the U.S… This was actually a campaign promise of Mr. Trumps. He plans on building a wall stretching 1000 miles of the 1900 miles of terrain needed… Natural obstacles would take care of the rest. Trump also INSISTS that Mexico will pay for the wall… They do not agree, and why should they? Anyways, why a wall and not a fence? Well according to Mr. President “a wall is better than fencing and it’s much more powerful”. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Smarter words have never been spoken. Except maybe by everyone I know… and that includes my nephew who is just learning to speak.

Telegraph UK has a brief outline of what Trump has done within his first 10 days in power.  Just in case you would like to know more.

Perhaps there is one good thing to come from this… www.trumpdonald.org
