On Nov. 25 the college’s Duck Unlimited Club is hosting its seventh annual banquet.
Money raised will go towards wetland conservation efforts.
The banquet is something Christine Head, Ducks Unlimited member, is looking forward to.
“I love it. The wetlands are a vital part of our environment. They are essential and they need to be protected,” Head says.
Festivities start at 5:30 p.m. and will be held at the D.A. Electric Barn located at the east end of the campus, next to the Kodiak House.
Tickets can be purchased up until Nov. 25.
Ticket prices are: $45 for a single ticket, $30 per a student, and $80 for a couple’s package.
For tickets call Kerry Edwards (403) 317-3576 or Ben Filipchuk (403) 892-4039.
The night will also feature a silent auction, a live auction and a raffle.
