Blood drive deemed a success

Lethbridge College’s November Blood Drive achieved its primary goal this year: to remind people how important it is to give blood.

As a result of the donations, 582 lives will be saved.

Although the campaign fell short of its overall goal, it still drew blood from 194 people.

Among the donations, 98 were given from students, 62 from staff, and 82 from first-time contributors. All of which were up from last year’s totals.
