Taps Grill and Coulee Brew Co. opened their doors on Jan. 16th and are looking to brew up some attention. Business investor Scott Crighton says he’s seen how popular craft beer can be when it comes to tourism. Crighton says that Portland and Vancouver are examples of cities that have tapped into the craft beer market. Coulee Brew Co. is still in the set up phase but hopes to be brewing soon.
