Criminal Justice students get a reality check

Lethbridge College criminal justice students got a taste of reality today. Sarah Redekop has more.

Lethbridge College criminal justice students faced some difficult scenarios today. Actors were brought in to simulate crisis’ such as suicide and dealing with people with mental disorders. Students were evaluated on how they handled the scenarios. Criminal Justice student, Michael Byce, says it will help him better handle crisis situation in the future as a police officer. The mock scenarios were part of the criminal justice students’ crisis intervention class.
