The Galt Museum is having a special showing of ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’ just in time for Halloween.
The classic film marks its thirty-fifth anniversary this year. For those not familiar, the movie centres around a newly engaged couple who have to pay a visit to Dr. Frank-N-Furter in his castle after their car breaks down. It features over a dozen songs like the classic “Time Warp”. Starring in the movie is Tim Curry as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick.
The Galt Museum will be showing the musical comedy on Saturday, Oct. 30 at 10 p.m. with the doors opening at 9 p.m.. Tickets are $18.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show plays on the last night of the Galt’s 3 days of Movie Madness. Costumes are encouraged with prizes given out each night.
Thursday, Oct. 28 is “Bite Night”; a Dracula marathon. Friday, Oct. 29 is a Zombie movie marathon. You can purchase a 3 night package for $30 at the Galt Museum.
