From Kodiak athletes to provincial all-stars

Kodiaks are making Lethbridge College proud with three athletes named all-stars by the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference.

Two men’s volleyball players, Vitor Macedo and Nic Dubinsky, have been chosen for ACAC all-star teams.

Macedo will be on the first ACAC all-star team, while teammate Dubinsky has been selected for the second all-star roster.

The Kodiak men’s volleyball team ended their regular season with a 13-7 record.

First year general studies student, Macedo is a setter for the Kodiaks and ended the season with 166 digs and 33 kills.

Dubinsky led the Kodiaks with an average of 3.14 digs per game, 245 digs overall and 100 kills.
