A sport in Lethbridge is helping to keep the visually impaired active. Sarah Redekop has more.
A group of visually imparied bowlers in Lethbridge get together weekly to have some fun on the lanes. Every Tuesday afternoon these bowlers get together for an afternoon of socializing and knocking pins down. Bowler Matthew Hoare says it’s a great way to get out of the house and share ideas with others who are blind. The league is supported by the Lions Club and runs from September to April.
