Kids kickboxing club kicks off for new year

A kids kickboxing club has started up in Lethbridge for the new year of 2020.

O2 Training Centre started up this new program to help instill important values and work ethic in kid’s at a young age.

The classes will run through spring, before they take a break over the summer months. Kickboxing club instructor Justin Tavernini says his class is for everyone of all backgrounds and skill levels.

“Everyone is going to be at their own skill level, and we will develop these programs for all kids, all shapes, all sizes and they’re all going to have fun and learn new skills.”

Classes run from January to May, every Monday at 5:30 p.m.
