Kodiaks women’s volleyball team attempts to snap losing slide

The Lethbridge College Kodiaks women’s volleyball team is looking to break a three-game losing streak tonight against the Ambrose Lions.

The squad finished last season with a 14–10 record and are looking to get back on track to better that record this season.

Outside hitter for the Kodiaks, Sianna Cherweniuk says the team has a good attitude going into the weekend.

“We’ve had a really good week of practices. High energy, lots of communication, everyone seems really positive. So, I think that mindset will help us for the weekend.”

The Kodiaks men’s and women’s squads play at Ambrose tonight and then again tomorrow in Lethbridge.

Other Kodiaks action includes the men’s and women’s basketball squads playing the rival Medicine Hat Rattlers tonight at home.

You can watch the live broadcast of those basketball games tonight at acactv.ca.
