Lethbridge College welcomes prospective students

Lethbridge College welcomed prospective students from all around southern Alberta to check out some of its programs today.

The Open House hosted high school students from as far as Brooks and Bassano, as well as a number of high school students and mature learners from the Lethbridge area.

Lethbridge College’s Recruitment and Events Coordinator, Jessica Quarterman, says the Open House is an important event for the college’s recruitment.

“Open House is a really great event for any student who’s considering going into post-secondary. It’s a really great opportunity for us today to be able to showcase what the college has to offer, and what students can do once they are enrolled here.”

One of the key draws of the event was the waiving of the $90 Application fee between 2 and 4 p.m., as well as a $1,500 tuition drop for one lucky prospective student.
