Lethbridge Steel begin 2016 recruiting

The Lethbridge Steel women’s tackle football team is looking for a few good women to join the team, Aaron Haugen reports.

The Steel are looking to boost their roster for the upcoming Western Women’s Canadian Football League season. Anyone interested in playing can attend an information session on Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. at the Nicholas Sheran Ice Centre.

The reguar season will kick of on May 7, when the Steel open on the road against the Calgary Rage.
