Truly it was a top shelf crowd, assembled for a top shelf celebration at Mocha Cabana. The Lethbridge business celebrated its 10th anniversary in style with a variety of sparkling wines for a packed house. Mocha Cabana traditionally celebrates the holiday season on the first Monday of December, and this year was no exception.
“I really love the opportunity to play with our food. We love to have fun and really kick it up for champagne tasting.“ Is how Angel Harper, Event Organizer, and co-owner of Mocha Cabana, feels about the event. Angel has been working closely with another Lethbridge business, Andrew Hilton Wine and Spirits, to make sure that the event gets better with every year.
“I like that it gives me a chance to put on a tie and talk about wines. This is a really fun event to do and I get to pour some really exceptional wines.” Kyle Baines, master-of-ceremonies for the event, and representative from Andrew Hilton Wine and Spirits loves the atmosphere that events like this produce.
As Mocha Cabana’s annual champagne tasting leads us into the chilly month of December, we can all feel a little bit warmer knowing that events like this are going on.
