Logan Schenk

Logan Schenk

Hello, my name is Logan Schenk. I was raised in the small town of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. I grew up listening to Garth Brooks and Chris LeDoux. I joined 4-H at the age of 10, and won numerous public speaking competitions. I have been told by more than one person that I am friendly, open, and a good shoulder to cry on. I played with the idea of becoming a radio talk show host when I turned 18. Ever since I can remember I listened to Dave Rutherford with my mother on long road trips, I also listened to the Jason Ellis show on Sirus Radio whenever I was at work. I hope to someday be as good, or better than either one of these talk show hosts. With CRLC The Kodiak, I do live on air shows, news, sports, and weather; as well as write, voice, and produce commercials and ID’s. I have learned lots in my time at Lethbridge College and hope to continue to expand my skills in the broadcasting world. After graduation, I plan on working my way up in the broadcasting industry. I want to eventually have my own agriculture talk show. I would also like to someday announce at the NFR.
