Major snow falls create challenges for students

Major snow falls this season have become a big challenge for Lethbridge college students. It became an obstacle for students to drive and walk.

Busses and other vehicles are facing icy and wet streets. Already, the region has received more snow than it sometimes gets in a whole winter.

And that’s posing problems for Lethbridge College, its staff and especially, its students.

Weather forecasters and indeed the Farmer’s Almanac say Western Canada can expect more snow and colder temperatures than average this winter. That means the college, its students and staff, needs to brace themselves and be prepared.

According to the weather forecast, there will be chance of snow showers this weekend. So, be prepared!
