Mini Nutella Hand Pie

With Christmas fast approaching, we’ve found a recipe that’s really easy and super tasty.

Mini Nutella Hand Pie. Yes, we just said Nutella. Let’s be honest, most of you won’t mind buying some hazelnut chocolaty goodness. The best part is this recipe only requires three ingredients.

·      1 refrigerated pie crust (premade or from scratch, up to you)

·      1 jar of Nutella

·      Powdered sugar

·      Sprinkles for the Christmas spirit

Start with preheating your oven to 350 degrees.  Roll out the dough and grab any size of cookie cutter to cut out circles that will become the crust. We recommend you choose whatever size best fits your hand.

Take one tablespoon of Nutella (or more if you’re feeling frivolous) and drop it towards the edge of the circular dough. Then fold the dough over top of the Nutella to form a half circle.

Gently press the edges with a fork to seal the hand pie. Once sealed, poke holes in the top of the pie, as this will stop the dough from bubbling and will help make it look extra cute. Bake these hand pies for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and remove them from the oven.

Sprinkle the powdered sugar on top to turn the creation into a masterpiece. Let it cool for a few minutes and you’re finished!

Happy Holidays from Stacey and Kelsey!
