With the modern world that we live in, it seems that technology can do so much, including help improve mental health though the use of podcasts, Cole Swier reports.
Erin Musick-Neily is a registered psychologist at Lethbridge Counselling Services and stressed the importance of hobbies and taking relaxation time for yourself. Examples of this include listening to podcasts or just podcasting, to more average hobbies such as reading or running.
