We Are Here to Serve: Fire & EMS is showcasing the history of the local fire department. Fire departments are responsible for answering up to 4000 different emergencies. Always looking for more efficient ways to serving the community, senior firefighter Brendon Pyne says officers are required to be trained as paramedics and EMT’s. While serving the community is the biggest benefit, EMT and firefighter Ryan Ito says the brotherhood among officers makes it worth it as well. We Are Here to Serve will be on display at the Galt Museum until May 23.
