Winter roadside havoc

Whether we want to admit it or not, winter is here.

If you’re like me your car has probably not been your best friend for the last couple of days.

Ironically when I called to talk to someone at AMA roadside assistance for some information, all of the lines were busy “currently assisting other customers.”

This is just one link proving the point that insurance companies are definitely busy.

Whether it be a flat tire, dead battery or even an accident, we should basically be prepared to expect the unexpected.

It’s cold, it’s snowy and it’s slippery and just when we think were invincible and that nothing can ever go wrong, it does. Believe me.

There are a lot of people in my classes and just general people I know who haven’t shown up to classes due to their car not starting: me included.

It’s no surprise; we all knew winter was coming, but we just didn’t want to believe it.

Now that it’s here all we can do is suck it up and try to stay safe on the roads.

Unless anyone feels like going on a trip to the Caribbean (that’s always an option too.)
