Last Tuesday marked Lethbridge’s 12th annual Showcase of Women in Business, which was held at the Lethbridge Lodge.

Showcase Women in Business is an event for women in all levels of business to gather under one roof to highlight and share their achievements with their colleagues, friends and community.

Robin Gardner, Canhost Group Inc. president and certified meeting planner, says the weather did not stop people from coming in and checking out the free event.

“In different years we typically have over 1,000 people come through the door. I am not too sure if we are going to have that same amount this year due to Mother Nature and the snow she provided us, but there is still a great amount of people coming in so far,” said Gardner.

Gardner has been involved in the event for the last three years and seemed pleased with the amount of booths at the showcase.

“We have just under 100 booths set up at this event,” said Gardner.
