Last day of classes for Lethbridge College students

With exams just around the corner for Lethbridge College students, many people start to feel overwhelmed with stress. Academic Strategist Diane Fjordbotten says one of the best things you can do to relieve stress it to be prepared.

“The more prepared you are, the more confident you feel,” Fjordbotten says.

She says it is important to understand a little anxiety before exams is normal. The Learning Cafe offers workshops to help students prepare before they go into an exam.
