Cyber-bullying is the focus of one local organization’s efforts in raising awareness of the effects on children and young adults alike. The tormenting and abuse of this societal issue can take many different forms, some quite obvious but one can be quiet and carried out behind closed doors.  Meagan Williams has the story.
